Clowne residents invited to meet and chat to local officers

Residents in Clowne are being encouraged to meet and chat to their local Safer Neighbourhood team officers, at upcoming police surgeries throughout this year.

PCSOs Suzanne Fox and Simon Galley from the area’s Safer Neighbourhood team are set to host a number of events to meet local people and discuss any issues or concerns they may have. They will also be able to pick up crime prevention advice around home, personal and vehicle security.

The next policing surgery is set to take place this Saturday, June 20 and events will follow on the third Saturday of every month thereafter.   The events are planned to take place between 10.30am and 11.30am at Clowne Methodist Church Hall on North Road on the following dates:

• Saturday, June 20;

• Saturday, July 18;

• Saturday, August 15;

• Saturday, September 19;

• Saturday, October 17;

• Saturday, November 21;

• Saturday, December 19.
