Posted on 16th April 2015

Residents in Eckington and Reinshaw are being invited to speak about any issues affecting their community at upcoming mobile police station events.

The Eckington Safer Neighbourhood Team will be on hand on Friday, April 24 to meet local people.

Officers will be in the mobile police station at the following times and locations:
• From 6pm - Outside the shop on Circular Drive, Renishaw;
• From 7pm - Outside the shops on Ravencar Road, Eckington;
• From 8pm - Outside the shop on Birkhill, Fir Road, Eckington.

The police surgery events will give residents the chance to speak to local officers in a relaxed environment.

They will be able to answer questions and offer crime prevention advice around stepping up home, vehicle and personal security.

To speak to your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team call 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
You can also follow the team on Twitter: @EckingtonSNT.
