Pleasley, Glapwell and New Houghton residents invited to set policing priorities

Posted on 21st October 2014

People living in Pleasley, Glapwell and New Houghton are being invited to have their say at an upcoming Community Panel Meeting.

Officers from the Pleasley Safer Neighbourhood Team will be hosting their next priority meeting from 7pm on Tuesday, November 4.

The meeting, which is set to take place at the Glapwell Community Centre on The Green, Glapwell, is a chance for local residents to raise concerns about crime in their area with the team.

Police will then set the community priorities to focus on based on feedback from the public.

The current neighbourhood priority sees officers tackling anti-social behaviour and community issues on Devonshire Street in New Houghton.

If you cannot attend the meeting but have concerns that you would like to raise then please contact the Pleasley Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team by calling 101.
