Pleasley residents invited to shape neighbourhood policing

Posted on 8th April 2015

Residents in Pleasley, Glapwell and New Houghton are being invited to shape policing in their community.

Sergeant Sarah Barraclough, PC Gary Statham and PCSO Dave Hancock from the Pleasley Safer Neighbourhood Team are set to host a panel meeting on Thursday, April 16.

The meeting will take place from 7pm at the Glapwell Community Centre on The Green, to give people the opportunity to chat to officers about any community concerns.

The feedback from the meeting will then be used to set the policing priorities for the area for the next three months.

The current neighbourhood priority sees officers tackling anti-social behaviour and community issues on Devonshire Street in New Houghton.

If you cannot attend the meeting but have concerns that you would like to raise then please contact the Pleasley Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team by calling 101.
