Man arrested on suspicion of burglary after Brimington break-ins

A man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary after two properties in Brimington were broken into overnight.

A Panasonic television was stolen from a house in Cornwall Drive between 9.30pm on Sunday, April 5 and 3.50am on Monday, April 6.

A house in Devonshire Street was broken into between 8.15pm and 11pm on Sunday night.

Nothing is believed to have been stolen from that address.

Police want to hear from witnesses or anyone who might have information on either of the incidents.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and remains in police custody.
