Officers investigating a robbery have released images of two men they would like to trace

Our officers who are investigating a robbery at a post office in Overseal have released CCTV of two men who they would like to speak to in connection with the crime.

On Tuesday, May 16 we responded to reports of a robbery at the post office on Lullington Road at 4pm.

Two men allegedly entered the shop and threatened the staff. They made off with cash in the direction of Valley Road.

Both of the men were white, one of them was wearing all black clothing and the other was wearing a blue hoody.

Anyone who recognises the men or has any information is asked to contact DC Ritchie Parkins on 101 quoting reference number 17000204985 of May 16.
