Officers in Langley Mill and Heanor want to hear your views on neighbourhood policing

Posted on 11th June 2015

Residents living in Safer Neighbourhood areas of Langley Mill and Heanor are being invited to help set the policing profile for their community.

Officers from the town's Safer Neighbourhood team will be hosting their next Community Panel Meeting from 6.30pm on Wednesday, June 24.

The meeting, which is set to take place at Neal Court on Andrews Drive, Langley Mill, is a chance for local residents to raise concerns about crime in their area with the team.

Police will then set neighbourhood priorities to focus on for the following three months, based on feedback from the public.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to put forward any issues contact your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.

You can also follow the team on Twitter for the latest policing news in your community: @LangleyMillSNT and @HeanorLoscoeSNT
